It Gets Better

My blogger friend David is on hiatus, but he posted this video to the "It Gets Better Project" on YouTube. His message is a strong one.


If you have a story or words of encouragement to young LGBT people out there, please consider making a video of your own. This project will save lives.

    Has this gone viral yet? Gossip blogger Perez Hilton did one too. Don't ask me how I know this...

    Is it insane that I'm scared to watch the video for fear of bawling uncontrollably? Urgh, I have issues. PMS being at the top of my list today.

    Yes, it's getting bigger and bigger every day. Even mainstream media is picking it up. This project has the potential to do some powerful healing.

    If anyone has a Facebook page, please link to "It Gets Better Project" on YouTube. Every kid, gay and straight, needs to see this.

    Watching just now Serge said, "We should do it" even though I've mentioned it several times. It was that tune out thing spouses do.
